Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to ITALY
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and are estimated to be between 2 and 5 business days. We are not liable for any delays caused by postal or customs services. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
RETURN
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.
Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, unused, unwashed and with all original labels.
To proceed with a return or size exchange, it is necessary to use the Return Form and the Shipping Label included with your order.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount for the purchase. The deducted amount is equal to the standard shipping cost of 6€, provided that the products are returned.
Information and updates regarding the return request will be provided via email along with the return label to be attached to the package being returned.
EXCHANGES
In case of a size exchange or item exchange, the return shipping is free of charge.
To proceed with an exchange, you can start the return process as described above, and then place a new order. We will fully refund your original purchase using the same payment method. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the exchange request.
Warranties
All products are covered by the legal 2-years warranty for conformity from the date of delivery, as provided by the Consumer Code.
Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of our products.

Mobile Messaging and Whatsapp Service
Risvolta s.r.l.s. may modify or discontinue the Service, or any of its features, at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Risvolta s.r.l.s. may also amend these mobile device terms at any time, and the User’s continued use of the Service after the effective date of such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the changes.
By accepting the SMS and WhatsApp messaging service from Risvolta s.r.l.s., the User agrees to receive recurring SMS and WhatsApp messages to and on behalf of Risvolta s.r.l.s. through their wireless provider and/or WhatsApp at the mobile number provided, even if the number is listed on a state or federal “Do Not Call” registry. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing materials (e.g., cart reminders). The User acknowledges that they are not required to enroll in the program to make purchases, and that their consent is not a condition of purchasing products or services from Risvolta s.r.l.s. Participation in the program is entirely voluntary.
The service is free from charges, however, the user is responsible of every charge and associated tariffs to text messages imposed by his own wireless provider and Whatsapp. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. The User is solely responsible for all charges related to SMS, text messages, and WhatsApp messages, including those imposed by their wireless provider and/or WhatsApp.
The User can withdraw from the Service at any time. To cancel the Service, send an SMS with the keyword STOP to Risvolta s.r.l.s. or click the unsubscribe link included in any text message (if available) . You will receive a single confirmation message of your withdrawal. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you are subscribed to other mobile messaging programs offered by Risvolta s.r.l.s. and wish to withdraw, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe separately from each program by following the instructions provided in the respective mobile messaging terms.

WhatsApp and the wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. The User agrees to provide a valid mobile phone number. If the User obtains a new mobile phone number, they must re-enroll in the program using the new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees that we shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or incorrect delivery of any information sent through the Service, for any errors in such information, and/or for any action taken or not taken by the User in reliance on the information or the Service.

Publication of reviews
