Certified Materials
Since the beginning, our collections have been created from recycled materials, organic fibres, and deadstock fabrics.
In our Digital Product Passport, we report all raw materials certifications and disclose all the suppliers involved.
Here some examples of our selection:
Recycled Silk
Sustainable silk derived from recycled textile waste, GRS-certified to ensure both high quality and low environmental impact.
Recycled Cashmere
Soft and refined, it preserves the characteristics of virgin material while being made from recyclable and trimmed cashmere fibers. Our Cashmere is GRS-certified.
Organic Cotton
Grown without pesticides or toxic chemicals. Organic Cotton GOTS certified is gentle for the skin and the environment.
Deadstock Fabrics
High-quality excess fabrics reused to avoid waste and extend the life cycle of materials.
Responsible Alpaca and Wool
A blended yarn combining alpaca’s softness, cotton’s natural essence and the richness of RWS-certified, mulesing-free extrafine merino wool.
Recycled Wool
Warm and long-lasting, it preserves the quality of virgin wool while being made from recycled natural fibers. Our wool is GRS certified.
Responsible Linen Cotton
Natural linen and cotton yarn that combines lightness, breathability and comfort.
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, guaranteeing it is free from harmful substances for the skin.
Our Certifications
In order to ensure full transparency and high quality we only rely on certified suppliers. As a matter of fact, our yarns hold the listed international certifications:
- Global Recycled Standard (GRS): verifies the recycled content of a product, and guarantees traceability throughout the whole supply chain. Additionally it confirms the absence of harmful chemicals and compliance with ethical working conditions.
- Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS): verifies that the percentage of organic fibers is over 70% of the entire composition. It also ensures that every stage of the production process, from crop cultivation to manufacturing, conforms to environmental and social standards, guaranteeing adequate working conditions and products free from harmful chemicals.
- Responsible Wool Standard (RWS): wool-specific standard, it verifies that the material comes from responsible sources.
RWS guarantees animal welfare as well as commitment to ethical and sustainable practices throughout the textile production process.
